Captain Bennett is a 30 year veteran of the Robertson County Sheriff's Office. He spent many years of his career in the Criminal Investigations Division and was promoted from Lieutenant of CID to his current position.

Captain Bennett is responsible for all Operations Services at the Robertson County Sheriff's Office. He manages the following programs and divisions:

• Patrol Division
• Criminal Investigations Division
• D.A.R.E. Program
• School Resource Officer (SRO) Division
• Crime Stoppers Program
• Community Policing Program
• Narcotics Unit
