athy has been employed with the Sheriff's Office since May of 1993. She started out in data entry of offense and arrest reports, CID files and arrest dispositions, and then moved up to the Warrants Division. In this position, she entered all Robertson County warrants into the database, served subpoenas, handled work release for all county inmates, was responsible for state board bills for the detention center, managed evidence storage facilities, Narcotics Unit and DARE accounts along with numerous other duties. She then became a full-time Warrant Officer as she served civil and arrest warrants in the city of Springfield. She is a member of the Tennessee Warrant Officer Association, the Springfield/Robertson County Food Bank and has been treasurer of the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 29 for the past 5 years. She is also a member of the Robertson County Coalition.C
In December 2001, Cathy was promoted to Administrative Assistant and named the Robertson County Sheriff's Office Extradition Officer. Some areas she now manages include work release, DARE accounting, evidence storage facilities and inventory, patrol division activity reports, personnel records, background investigations on new applicants, payroll and timesheets, and inter-office communications.
